Permissions — what each one means
Every page and every action in Travel404 is controlled by a permission. When you build a role (Admin → Roles), you turn permissions on and off — and that decides what your team sees and can do.
This page explains every permission in neutral, software terms: what it is, what it lets someone do, and where it stops. How you use it at your property is up to you.
How roles & permissions fit together
A permission is a single switch (e.g. "View the Calendar Page"). A role is a bundle of permissions you give a name. A user is assigned a role at each property they work at — so the same person can have one role at one property and a different role at another.
Travel404 ships with six starting roles you can use as-is, edit, copy, or replace entirely. Permission changes take effect immediately — no logout required.
To change permissions: open the app → Admin → Roles → pick a role → flip the switches → Save.
